Kirsten J. Schuhmacher

My research focuses on the intersection of early modern English literature, rhetoric, space, and the green and blue world. In my teaching, I am passionate about accessible course design and listening to the changing needs of students. I enjoy working on and theorizing about digital projects–both professional and personal. I am also an avid gardener, composter, yogi, and poet.
